1. Tour Inquiries & Bookings
All tour bookings made with Bali Day Adventure are coordinated directly through our verified WhatsApp channel or written email communication. A reservation is considered confirmed once pickup details, driver allocation, and travel dates are mutually agreed upon in writing.
2. Payment Terms
Payment for private day tours is typically made directly to your assigned driver on the day of the trip in local currency (Indonesian Rupiah / IDR) or as pre-arranged via electronic invoice. We believe in transparent pricing without surprise surcharges.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that international travel schedules can change. We kindly request that any itinerary cancellations or date changes be communicated via WhatsApp at least 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup time so our driver schedules can be adjusted.
4. Safety & Guest Responsibility
While our vehicles and drivers maintain strict safety and regulatory standards, guests are advised to maintain personal comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, accidental, or baggage contingencies during adventurous excursions (e.g. trekking, water activities).
5. Weather and Route Adjustments
In cases of unexpected weather, ceremonial road closures, or natural conditions that affect passenger safety, our drivers reserve the right to recommend alternative routes or equivalent sights.
