Pricing, pickup, cancellation and what's included.
Pick your date, guest count and pickup hotel in the booking form — it opens WhatsApp with everything pre-written. We confirm within minutes (07:00–22:00 Bali time). Day tours need no prepayment; you pay the driver on the day in IDR cash. Multi-day packages may ask a small Wise/bank deposit.
All tours are 100% private: just your group with your own air-conditioned car and English-speaking driver. No joining other guests, no rushing.
Private car, petrol, parking, English-speaking driver, mineral water and all tolls. Entrance tickets, lunch and personal expenses are usually excluded so you stay flexible — see 'What's Included' on each tour page.
Free pickup in Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Canggu, Sanur, Denpasar, Ubud and Jimbaran. Uluwatu/Nusa Dua +$5–10/car, Sidemen/Karangasem/Lovina +$15–25/car. Tell us your hotel name and we confirm the exact total before you book.
Free cancellation or reschedule up to 24 hours before pickup. Within 24h or no-show: 50% fee. If we cancel for weather, volcano activity or rough seas (e.g. Nusa Penida boats), you reschedule free or get any deposit refunded.
Yes — every itinerary is flexible. Add a coffee plantation, waterfall swim or sunset stop; skip anything you don't want. Message us and we re-route to avoid traffic and fit your pace.
Yes, free on request (limited stock). Tell us children's ages in the booking note so we bring the right seat.
IDR cash on the day is preferred. USD/AUD/EUR accepted at the daily rate. Wise or Indonesian bank transfer for deposits. No hidden petrol, parking or driver-meal charges — ever.
